Engine Mounts Rover 400

Hi friends,
I am looking to replace my engine mounts as the engine is shaking quite a bit, and the two front lower mounts (some call them torque mounts) are torn. I've been looking around on my usual parts sites in my country and i can't find mounts for my Rover 400 '98. Considering that the chassis of a 400 is basically a Civic I've looked around for '95 Civic Engine mounts and found out that they look exactly the same as the ones in my 400 (all 5 of them). Does anyone know if they match? I would get the ones for a Civic because they are available everywhere, but the part that's confusing me is that the sites don't show the mounts fit the 400 even tho they look the same, that's why I'm asking here.
PS: I added a screenshot for Civic mounts that seem to me they are exactly the same as 400 ones.

Another way to check maybe to look at poly bushes. Not to buy, just to compare, powerflex for example may list the items for both rover and Honda proving its the same part. I’ve got various Honda parts on my ZS for example

That's a great idea, but no luck. Looked at every site i found and most of them don't have engine mounts for 400/civic. Powerflex has 400 mounts but no mounts for civic, so I'm unable to compare. But for now i have been able to visually verify that the bottom torque mounts are the same, and the rear mount as well. Plus I've been able to track down part numbers for Tedgum mounts (some polish company), and one of the torque mounts are used in the civic and the 400 also. Either way, I'll order the torque mounts and maybe the rear mount if needed through my neighbours car service shop as he is able to return them if they don't match.

Hi there,
I had a similar problem with engine mounts for my 1999 623.
Local suppliers did not have the ones I needed, so, knowing that the same engine, H23A2, was used in the US Honda Preludes in the l990's, I checked the dimensions as best possible on the images on a US supplier's site, took the chance and ordered the mounts. They fitted perfectly. It was a chance because while the attachments to the engine were obviously the same, the attachments to the body may have been slightly different.
(Incidentally, I have an H23A2 because my garage replaced the original H23A3, because that was more economic than doing a complete overhaul that was needed on the original H23A3).
Good luck!

An update for anyone in the future with a similar question:
Upon looking closer at the pictures of both Honda and Rover torque mounts i concluded that Honda ones have a protruding central liner/bearing where the bolt from the engine goes through. As the Honda mount was way cheaper (10e instead of 40e for one), i ordered the torque mounts in my neighbours shop, we chopped off the protruding excess of the bearing and mounted them successfully on my 400. Regarding the remaining mounts all are fine so haven't done any more research, but i do think that the top ones do not match and only the rear one looks like it could match.
