My bonnet bumper badge has disintergrated. Wow what a surprise :shake:
I was wondering about experimenting with printing out different colour schemes on waterproof photopaper, sticking it over the old badge and then lots of lacquer.
Ya think it would work? If so lets have some designs posted up. I'll stick up a rogues gallery on my webspace if their any good?
if ity woks let me know, as i have always had an idea for mine but never had teh resources to try it. would def beinterested in trying something, or getting someone to do it for me for a fee:dddc:
both mine have gone, got a 2 cheap off fleabay, and haven't got round to fittem em yet, but was going to have a tinker with the old surround, ues carbon fibre as the base and get some chrome die-cut MG + OCTAGONS made and then like you say laquer em
The SV style one would be my first choice as well......... there was someone selling similar over on XPF, but not 70mm ones....... did ask them for details but `no answer` came their reply!!

back to badges, maybe we could get some plain badges created and get members to design their own designs and then laquer them on keep them tidy, then we could have a forum poll to see whose is best. winner gets a push from me.
