Hi All
Hope you can help me, this is my first time asking for help I have a 2002 Rover 75 Conn 18T with 44000mls on clock, about a month ago it started losing coolant I took it to Endon services in Stoke on trent (EX MG Rover Techs) after checking it over for leaks, pressure testing etc and keeping overnight with Dye in the coolant they found nothing wrong but said it could be possible start of HGF quoting £800 to £850+VAT. In the past 2 weeks I have added a Mug full of water each weekend there is no oil in the coolant and no water in the oil, car has not shown overhaeting on dial and heater works fine and she starts instantly at the moment, but today I checked the cam cover inside and could see residues of mayo, the car is used for short journeys daily, never thrashed and serviced regularly, Appreciate any info from you guys

Regards
Dave
