Coolant leak

Hello I’ve got a coolant leak on my 92 214. With the engine off top the coolant up and it just pours straight back out from the hose circled.

the whole set up isnt original and is bodged from previous owner. So does anyone have a link to the correct hose needed. I’m assuming rimmer bros do them I’m just not good at finding the correct one.
