The most important job in the Dealership?

The Service & Aftersales Manager, of course! :)

....Nah, only joking......but his/her team is the key.

I'd say the most important position was the Service Advisors - as these people are the face of the place and can make or break a relationship with the customer, hopefully retaining their business for many years to come.

You know, I'm sick and bloody tired of what I do for a living. I'd love to jack it all in and go and work for MG/Rover.

If I could do something that I enjoyed, (as I used to enjoy what I do now), all the middle-management bullsh*t, empire building and backstabbing would be worth it.

IT Project Manager for one of the big four banks, in charge of "large" projects.

Currently, I am working on the deployment of Win2k/Active Directory server infrastructure, and WinXP at the desktop. The initial batch is 6,000 users, but will eventually encompass 65,000 this September.

If anyone at MGRover is reading this and fancies a swap, please be my guest. I'll even design doorhandles. I'm not fussy.
