I keep a set of old 15" wheels fitted with a set of winter tyres for my 600 and they are beginning to look a little rough.

As they are only used at that dark time of year, I'm not inclined to powder coat them, but just to a DIY paint job. I guess any one of many silver aerosols would work (on all 4), but if by chance anyone has info that could point me at the original colour, I'd probably go with that.
Thanks

Thank you kindly for that info. There's one of the four needs a little bit of work on it as it has been leaking on the rim, but I've got that pretty much cleaned up now (just a little corrosion visible but no mechanical damage) and I will put down a layer of Al primer on that then finish off that wheel with "Silver Sparkle" then should have an easier time on the other 3 :). I bought the winter tyres during the brief but bad period of winter back in 2010. Of course, since them, we haven't had a winter that's really needed them.
