[216 driver]

Hi there,

I just got my mirrors back from the painter, but now i want to change the position of the mirrors.

Because i drive a european 216 bubble and the driver side is left, somehow i can't move the plastic ring underneath the mirror to change the position.

Someone who knows a trick or something ?

Are we talking about the wing mirrors? I cant remember a plastic ring underneath the wing mirror

Not the bottom under the mirror but between the mirror and mounting plate.

im guessing you have electric mirrors but the 216 had manuals???

Nope,

I've had the Rover 200 electrical mirrors but thats not the point.

Maybe i can take some pictures soon.

I assume that you are talking about the newer 25 type mirror?
