please m8t if you're gonna buy a cd player do not i repeat do not buy one from halfrauds

all you need is a rover adaptor and a head unit you can install it your'e self or get a ICE shop to do it for you again i beg you do not purchase a H/U from halfrauds and expecially do not let them touch you're car lol

if you want to purchase a h/u check you're yellow pages for ICE dealers or try online for great deal i would recommend this site www.caraudiodirect.co.uk for anything they are very cheap and do gr8 deals

Remember if you're purchasing a h.u you will need a adaptor to fit from you're standard rover/mg adaptor to fit a after market h/U

they add about £100 to internet prices :banghead:

the one I've got was from caraudiodirect.co.uk for £235 and halfrauds had it for £399!

Yeah I didn't get the metal removing tools with my car, and all the shops were shut, doing it with coat hangers was, shall we say, character building!

I had the kenwood in mine, i'm sure it had the 2 vertical holes either side, I think you uncliped a surround, then they were visible.

ye kenwood are one of the easiest hu to get out you need:

2xflat knives now they have to be flat and no sharp edges lol been there got the cuts lol

then slide then into each side moving them up and down till you fell the latch shove the knives in a bit deeper then walla they hu will be loose then pull both knives together and the hu will come out :S

you shouldn't need any adapters the plug should be the standard iso one. it will be a straight swap. it was on my 2002 tf takes all of 10 minutes to swop over if you know what your doing.
