I hoping to change the cams in my 120 this weekend (with 135 cams) and I was hoping to get some advise on how not to f*ck it up. I'm not sure how to slacken off the timing belt but I am fairly sure about how to get at and setup everything else (I Hope).
Thanks guys.

do you have some new sealant to seal the cam ladder back inplace?

best pop down to halfords and get a haynes - should make things easier

Yeah, that should cover it.

Gte some new cam seals and a tube of carrier sealant (GGC108)

How many miles has the car done? Replace the cambelt at the same time?

For some reason I not gettting mails when there is a post on my subscribed threads. Thanks for the help major, i couldn't get new seals or the sealant so I cleaned and re used the old ones (they were in good nick and haven't leaked) and used a high temp compound very sparingly on the ladder. I thought about the belt but the miles are quite low at 16K so I decided not too. Thanks for your cam timing pics (saved the day)
