Two problems/minor issues:

1. When starting I occasionaly get a thud noise from the back - I assume its the handbreak/brakes just moving?

2. The front seatbelts don't retract as fast as they used to and never back to there original position - is there anything I can do to fix these?

Has the tensioner wire come of the back of the seats, my drivers side did this and someone on here pointed me to the wire.

Low down underneath the front seats, tensioner wire should be clipped on.

Get access from the back of the car in the rear passenger footwell.

Clunk from the rear sounds like the handbrake releasing.

Might be an idea ot remove the rear drums and clean/inspect. Bet they'll be full of crud, exacerbating the noise.

if you have washed your car and then let it stand for a day i get a thud from the rear. It the brake pads sticking to the disks.

Might be this.
