camp night, bar b que, mgmday2005, 2nd/3rd july

ok i have worked hard this year with the owners of wolvey camp site to let us stay again this year. so please read carefully......i have had to thrash out a few rules with the owners, if we do not stick to these rules we will be ejected from the site whatever time of day or night it is, please have respect for the websites good name, and mine, and respect these rules:
1)music to be turned off approx 10pm.
2)once you have arrived at the site and parked in the field, your car is to stay where it is, no popping in and out of the site all evening, or driving to the toilet rooms.
3)no revving of engines and speeding through fields etc
4)bar b ques can be used but we must have them off the grass like last year.

i want this to be a sucess like last years, a great evening it was, so please stick to the above rules, i want to build a good relationship with the site so we can use it again.

approx £8 to stay the night, nice clean facilities and showers available, handy little shop on site.i will supply the meat again this year, ,could someone please organise a bar b que, some plastic cutlery and paper plates, black bags etc please p.m. me if you can help.

the next day we can move on to mgmday 2005, being held at stanfordhall,lutterworth, leicstershire, le17-6d4.admission is £6 per person, it will be nice to be at a diferent venue this year, and it aint to far from the campsite.
