Definately use an impact driver. If that fails then its down to drilling them out :(

If you do need to drill them out, you can try to remove the threads from the hub using mole grips or pliers etc. Worked for me. Just try not to drill into the disk material itself.

When you replace them put plenty of copperslip/coppergrease/copperease on them and you'll not have the problem again.

Most people go completely ott and tighten them too much.

The little grub screws just need to be nipped up, no 'try your strength' heroics needed!!

The impact driver should work pretty well, used this on my disks.
