Does any one have a detailed tutorial or walkthrough on how to replace front disks and pads on a Rover 400?

Any help would be much appreciated!

A manual is your friend here. A haynes will do the trick but its a simple job anyway .....

You undo the bolt holding the caliper together and swing the outer part upwards. Take the pads out. Unbolt the caliper, you'll see the bolts 10mm I think. Tie the caliper up with some twine to a spring on the suspension. Disks are held in by 2 screws which can be evil to get out, once they are out of the way remove the disk. Put the new disk on, caliper then push the pistons back in to accomodate new pads. New pads in and bolt back together.

If that makes sense if not haynes !!!!!!!!!!
