I think TF's are lovely, but what do you guy owners do to man your TF's up a bit?

dont have a TF, but like the F, i would say the man being behind the wheel mans it up abit ;).

i think the F looks slightly more fem than the TF, so for me im going to black my wheels, either standards or buy new ones, get a front splitter and think thats about it  unless i stuck a body kit on it, dont think theres anything else i could do.

I think mine is more manly that normal, but I may just be biased

No pictures yet mate, picking it up on saturday.

Its a 54 X-power grey, 115, 16k on the clock, lovely.

The only mods i want to do really is new alloys, paint the calipers, and some black rear lights, but im on a tight budget, so im after some black lights and alloys cheap,

Cheapest i have seen the lights is ÂŁ75 on ebay, anyone know where i can get some cheaper? Seccy Hand wouldnt be an issue, as long as in good nick?

And the alloys, what kind of alloys do i need to get? Looking at the MGF up there, they are the kind of alloys i like, chunky with thick spokes, but again after some on the cheap, any ideas?

Thanks mate.

another quick question, What are the glass wind stops like?? Are they any good, or is the mesh better?

You can get hoops and wind stops separately or combined.
I would think there is no real difference in the effectivenous of mesh or glass. It's probably down to personal taste as much as anything else. Either way, they are a godsend if you don't want to spoil your hair
(personally, I don't have these problems!). With a wind stop fitted, you have the choice. Hot, sunny day when you want the wind cooling you and just fancy swathes of air, then leave it down. On a cooler day the wind stop up helps keep the cabin warmer (and as mentioned above, helps prevent spoiling Auntie Doris's nice new blue rinse curls...or if you are more lucky, the gorgeous girlfriend's hair ;))

The hoops are a permanent fixture, so it's just the windstop that can move up and down.

I opted for the Mike Satur combined hoops and windstop (yet to be fitted).
The type is the Boxer Mk3 on this page:
http://www.mikesatur.com/acatalog/Rollhoops_Windbreak.html
(as posted earlier)
MGF Centre also do some nice hoops/windstops, but I found the Mk 3 boxers the best overall value

http://www.mgfcentre.com/hoops.htm

I found both Mike Satur and MGF Centre extremely helpful and would recommend both
