Hi,

My P plate 600 is ok at moment but have noticed on some 600's a tendecy for them to rott on lower rear panel usally on rear bumper line.
From what ive seen its a box panel so rotts from inside out.
Been thinking if its sensible to drill maybe a small entry hole say wheel arch area or non visible area and have some waxoly injected in,then blank it off with a sealing grommet.
Just wondering if its worth considering as it seems to me prevention is better than cure later on.

regards

if you do this make sure the metal around the drilling point is sealed as this will be completely unprotected, waxoil is worth it on any car , my ZS is only 2 years old and its lathered in the stuff
