There about 24 cars! I've still not moved since my first post.
Any coolant cap problems? YOu need to follow the trend we set at silverstone.... someone has to spray steam upwards into the sky!
Hmmmm Nice Weather!!!

It's lurvley! No problem well appart from the traffic!

Well I must apologise as we ducked out just before the start of the lights and headed back via St. Annes. Being local we knew it would take a lonnnnnnng time to get through but we know we can come again and get through a bit earlier (or very much later) at the quieter times!

I hope all got through OK without mishaps and the rain kept off!

Sorry for being light weights!

I did the same! It was getting a bit pointless. I would still be there now otherwise.
Just got home. The run was great - shame about the traffic.

Yes, we really needed to be approaching the lights at switch on to have any chance of a reasonable run through on a Saturday night. Or do the lights from the other end, which is usually quieter, but for some reason not as good (not sure why!).

Hey ho, just one of those things. Good to see people though, like you say.
what a bunch of noisey buggers you all are

at least most of you got through it OK, My Clutch has almost gone, burning smell by the end of it. :(
So how long did the run take this time? Seem to remember it being about 2 and half hours last year! At least it didn't rain last year, but I was still hoovering sand out of my F 6 months later!

Julia and I did the same, though we headed back to our hotel, and spent a couple of hours in the bar.
Still for all that we enjoyed it, nice to meet old friends and see new faces. Had a pleasent chat with Fastjan and other half at the Air Balloon, hope you get home safe Jan.
And thanks to Tracy for the organisation of the run, here's to the next one.

Ian
unfortunately we cant do much about the traffic if I had a magic wand I would do...

Last year we went from the other end and it was feedback from another member which made us try this way this time

Next year if we do it it has been suggested to split the cars into two groups and set off from either end

Thanks to all those who came
