Is this the high-octane stuff from Tesco? If so then it will work but you will not see any benefits from it.

Yes you can, BIO fuels are the same as non-Bio (insert washing machine joke as required).

I assume your referring to tesco's 99 grade which uses Bio-ethanol, all it means is that the ethanol is derived from natural products (sugar cane in this case). Normally you would hydrate ethylene to give ethanol, the Bio stuff is just made by fermenting sugars with yeast. You end up with the same product at the end.

I think i have only used 2 tanks of non-optimax fuel. I was just curieous as my friend uses the tesco fuel in his S2000 and raves about it.

I would think the S2000 has knock sensor so that it can make use of higher-octane fuel were as the F/TF does not have such a sensor.
