That is why I bought Mer it is about £12.99 but it leaves the car looking like new and also covers minor scratches (I am deffinatly converted to Mer for the moment) try it on you car if it is dark and I guarente you will not be dissapointed

Hope it doesn't "cover minor scratches" by dissolving the surrounding paint and using it to fill in the scratch?

Auto Glym is only any good for light colours silver, ocean blue etc (It is hopeless on dark colours), also Mer does not send rubber or plastic parts white like Auto Glym and other polishes and waxes

Try the new Auto Glym Ultra Deep Shine which is developed especially for dark colors...

You do realise Autoglym make many different types of polish/wax. I have charcoal coloured car and use a combination of Autoglym Radiant Wax and High Gloss Protection. The shine is excellent.

I find if i use Radiant Wax, and then apply high gloss protection, but do not rub it off. Leave it on the car for a week before washing car and polishing as normal that i get an insanely good shine.

I use Megs though, when i can be bothered now, which isn't that often.

I'd always used Megs until I tried the Auto Balm, but at about the same price the AB beats it hands down.

Did you read my post above. Autoglym make nearly 10 different types of polish - have you tried them all?
