Was changing my tax disk earlier this evening, and lost one of the grub screws from the disk holder under the passenger seat. While ferreting about under the seat, I noticed a wire, comes up out of the carpet to a junction, then goes off down the side of the seat, between the seat and the central console (where the handbrake is). I can't see where it eventually ends up...

Is this earthing for the seats? Or do I have the ejector option fitted? The drivers side is the same...

any ideas?

cheers

ps - I found the grub screw, in case you were worrying....

Its the wiring for the seatbelt pre-tensioners.
They trigger at the same time as the airbag, and are designed to remove any slack int he belt and hold you into the seat in the event of an impact so that you dont nut the wheel/dash.
