Anyone got a rough Idea as to how many hours it should take a garage to fit a set of apex lowering springs? garage quoted 4 hours, I thought that wasa bit much? any ideas? also can it be lowered by just buying a set of lowering springs or do you have to replace the the other part? dampers is it?

Ta :)

ive never heard of apex springs before. you can change the springs, or the springs and dampers. if youre handy with a spanner and can get a mate to help you, youre probly best off doing it yourelf, its not a difficult task as such. only special tools you will need is a pair of spring compressors, which are about 10 quid iirc, and some split pins, apart from that its usual tools.
