Following a flat battery I'm having key-fob/immobiliser nightmares.

In the event that standing on one leg whilst rubbing my arse and singing Wonderwall backwards doesn't work (yes, I've done the homework).. I might need someone with the diagnostic kit (5as??) to help me.

It's that or a tow to a dealer for a £90 rip-off!

If anyone in/near Bristol has the kit then please let me know.

Thanks

you probably just need to resyn the fob with the car, stand within range with the car locked and press the unlock key 5/6 times it should resynchonise and unlock the car, failing that try changing battery in the fob and doing the same, it may have gone at the same time by pure coincidence

Sorry, I should have followed this thread up.
You're on the money again Dave..

I changed the battery in the plipper and all was well.
Still needs a new cam-carrier seal though.. ;-)
