Thanks to Spikee, I have a Newton & Commercial mesh windstop fitted. I've had it for around a year now...and I know that this may sound mad but is there a 'right' way for it...?

I'll try to explain....
....on one side the mesh sits flush with the metal surround, on the other the metal surround is proud of the mesh. Would it make a difference to the way the air travels over the car whether the windstop was fitted flush side facing back or raised surround to the back??? Way too far into the realms of physics etc for me to know!

My OEM windstop only folds down one way - as I found out when I took it off to clean the rear window, and re-fitted it wrongly. :irked:

So as long as it folds down OK, I don't think either side will alter the aerodynamics.
