Hi there, The clock on my R reg 200 has a strange problem where it occasionally stops working. I could be driving along and the numbers on the clock disappear but the orange back light stays on. After several hours/days the numbers reappear and display exactly the same time as when it stopped.

I have taken out the wiring loom from the back of the clock and then replaced it and the clock resets itself to 12:00 and carries on as normal until it stops again. Is this a problem that can be fixed easily? Thanks very much.

replacement from a scrapyard is probably the easist rather than trying to disect it.
