97 Vitesse Sport

Hi there,

I have a Vitesse Sport and want to fit spacers to the rear wheels (standard 7x17 5 spoke alloys). I dont want to have to roll the arches though so can anybody recommend the spacer width I should buy. From the measuring I've done it looks like either 5 or 10mm.
Has anyone already done this so as to advise?
