You could get a new tensioner from somewhere like Rimmer Brothers or X-Part.
416si iv snapped the threaded bolt that holds the tension pulley
i was replacing my alternator when somehow i snapped off my tension pulley now i can not tension the belt :-( does anyone have any ideas where to get the replacment part or any ideas around this? Iv been told that i could leave it off an just put tension on buy leavering the alternator but thats dont work when the belts way to long for that..... any help would be great...:crying:

Or you could go to a local scrappy?You could get a new tensioner from somewhere like Rimmer Brothers or X-Part.
Local scrappy would probably be your best bet, like Graphic said.
