If you are thrashing it everywhere then yes perfectly acceptable. If you got that on a long gentle run then I'd be rather upset. (having said that my van only manages 43).

i have a w reg cdt with 60k on clock i done the air mod2
i just workrd mine out done 325 miles on £30 it worked out @ 46 mph thats a average of 60/40 motorway & town im happy with that

Yup, I have exactly the same. I do only motorway miles, if I stay around 75 and don't do a lot of overtaking, and turn the TU1 down a bit on the fueling I get slightly over 400miles/40L, which works out to +45mpg.
If I run heavier fueling, and floor it a lot, then I get around 350miles/40L - 40mpg.

Considering that a petrol would probably do 40mpg and 20mpg respectively, I'm really happy with that.

Sorry, to double post, but the facts i have been told are wrong. The tank is infact 50litres, according to the PDF that Ian has produced for supporters.
