Seaping oil between the head and block on the front cambelt side of the engine is common, but as long as its just seaping then thats no problem. Head gaskets dont have any problems like with the K series.

If its a Turbo version then look out for thrashed gearboxes. I think the diffs can go on them.

The T series with mantainance is a very tough engine and should give you hundreds of thousands of miles.
