I just picked up a '92 216 GSi tonight, 88,000 km on the clock and LHD (Spain).
Looking forward to posting mucho questions and frustrating experiences.
Great car, never drive one before and this one is a very nice rust-free garage queen.
My last British car was a Vanden Plas 1300, which was old when I owned it- around the same time this R8 was built.
Can't get over the gear change, so smooth.
