Welcome to the forum :welcome:
There are not many CityRover owners on here, so you might be a while getting answers to some questions.
As far as the doors are concerned, there were no changes during the production rum of the CityRover, and all models were available in 5 door form only. You will probably have a bit of a search to find a 2nd hand CityRover door, let alone one in the same colour, so it may be a case of having one resprayed.
I would think you should be able to get paint mixed up by most automotive paint suppliers from the paint code. TAT308 is Cherry Red (which has the standard MG Rover paint code of CQB).
Genuine MG Rover touch up paint can still be ordered from any XPart agent (you can find your nearest on this link: http://www.xpartautoservice.com/default.aspx?uc=view_map&filter=purchase_parts).
Cherry Red aerosol is part number AWZ000510 which includes a 250ml aerosol colour + 250ml clear lacquer, which appears to be priced at only £3.11 inc VAT according to the parts listing on Rimmer Brothers website (http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-AWZ000540).
I am not certain about the aerial, but looking at the picture of the part on Rimmers parts catalogue (http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-284254809907), it doesn't appear to have the cable attached to the base, so I would expect that you can detach the co-ax from the old base and refit it to the replacement.
