Still for sale ... intended to keep it but another car has caught my eye so up for sale.

It's Sorn so No MOT or TAX , engine light is still on (think it's the lambda sensor).

It starts first time and as mentioned at the start of the thread it had triple layer head gasket , new rear brakes , cambelt , starter motor , plus lots more in the last year.

If anyone is interested I want £1050 for it, I think it' a good price for very nice MGTF. If your local to me then you are welcome to take a look.

I have been starting it regularly and taking it up and down the drive and it all feels fine.

So anyone??

And if anyone has BMW series 1 for sale / px then let me know.

Any offers around £900???

No probs, give me a call,

Took the car for an mot and it failed on fast idle test, limit was 0.3 and it was 0.51, garage said it need new catalytic converter and 2 sensors and quoted £400 to do this work :(

And I suggest you buy a calculator, it should come in handy for you :broon:

Let's get back on topic of the car for sale without others dropping in to take it off topic.
Are you wanting to turn the TF into a van as well, like you wanted to do with the Rover or offer a ridiculous price like you did with the Alfa-Romeo?
Oh and my mathematics are just fine thank you!

If you were nearer I would have offered you £500 for it.
I'll put my money where my mouth is, if you buy this TF I will donate £50 to the help for hero's Charity, If you don't buy it then you stop wasting peoples time?

I already gathered maths wasn't one of your strengths and it appears that reading is another weakness.

The seller doesn't seem prepared to sell for £500 so how can I buy it? I have already said it's too far away, I would never travel 300 miles to view/buy a car in this price range but I would for £25,000.

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and donate the £50 anyway? Or do you only make such grand gestures when you know there is no risk?
