Hi all, does anybody know where i can source flange screws with a 15mm head like the ones used to hold the R3s mudflaps on.
Similar ones are also used on the boot plinth, rear arch liners and underneath the front bumper.
I have looked on ebay myself to no avail.
Thanks

Can I ask why you want that particular bolt? I deliberatly used stainles steel botls with washers in order to prevent rust.
I deliberately wanted the original look of the proper flange screws, as I've currently got smaller screws with washers on and they look terrible in my opinion. Of course, it would be nice if i could find the proper screws in stainless too.

That screw would be DYP101620A, but you can use DYP101620.
Those part numbers appear to be NLA and have been superseded by DYP10035, which rather than being a flange headed screw, has a normal dome shaped head with a captivated washer beneath it.

I would think that a decent nuts, bolts and fixings specialist supplier would be able to source some flange screws of the correct design, although I would recommend using stainless self tappers and stainless washers - I have replaced the screws holding the arch liner to the front fenders on my ZRs in the past using the genuine MG Rover screws , but they were a mass of rust and unsightly again within a couple of years.

In post above I suggested that stainless stell should be used.

Part number DYP101620 still can be sourced from Land Rover sites.

You appear to be right, and (very oddly), it appears to still be available from Rimmers on their Land Rover catalogue, but the MG Rover catalogue shows it as NLA/superseded.

Wherever they are sourced from, they are expensive for what they are and would almost certainly be cheaper from a fixings supplier. I would think the stainless alternatives would also be cheaper?

I did see your recommendation for stainless and was just backing it up really - as I found a few years ago, the genuine ordinary steel ones very quickly looked as rusty and unpleasant as the ones that I threw away.
