Right, So I now have my 1.6 Internals, the VVC inlet and exhaust manifolds, and I just found a VVC head in a scrapyard that I will get next weekend after pay day (if it's still there, however there was a few :) )
My questions are

Timing / Cam Belt Change K Series Engine – Pictures
With my ZS 120 (K series, 4 cylinder petrol) being over 6 years old and approaching 60,000 miles on what looks like the original cam-belt, I eventually found time to change it. After referring to lots of useful stuff on the Forum...
2 Bran new belts (timing and fip). Bought in error.
Both are Gates Powergrip.
Listed fitment is:
Honda: Accord 2.0 TDI, Civic 2.0 TD
Rover: 220/420/620 D/SD/SDi
Pretty much any L series engine I think!
